  • What’s included in my picnic?
    FOOD & DRINK What would a picnic be without great food! Each of our picnics includes a seasonal charcuterie grazing box, Just Water + Spindrift Sodas. We can also customize a menu for your picnic with our catering partners. We use sustainably sourced utensils, recycled paper napkins and aluminum or copper tumblers. THE SETUP We take care of all the details. We provide low tables with pillow seating, and a full tablescape using modern global décor, games and books. SERVICE We want your event to be perfect. Just show up and have fun. We handle delivery, set-up and clean-up and make sure you are all settled before we make our departure. We can always be reached during your picnic via text.
  • How do I select a location?
    We have several locations that we love: North Carolina Museum of Art Park Dorothea Dix Park Pullen Park We can also do a custom location but will need to confirm availability and regulations if it is a public space.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
    We don’t offer any refunds but will reschedule your picnic or issue a credit with enough advance notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Parties of 2-6 guests: No refunds. Full credit up to 72 hours in advance. With 72 hours 50% credit. Within 24 hours and no-shows will not be issued a credit. Parties of more than 6 guests: No refunds. Full credit with 7-day notice. Within 7-days 50% credit. Cancellations within 72 hours will not be issued a credit. Parties of more than 20 guests: No refunds. Changes and cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will be issued a 50% credit on the deposit.
  • How do I book my event?
    To make the process as easy as possible, call us or email us for immediate availability. Please note that a 50% deposit is required to confirm your event date and time.
  • What occasions are best for a picnic?
    Any small special occasion or no occasion at all is well suited for our outdoor picnic. Date Night Girls Day Out Proposals Anniversaries Elopements Sip & See and more….
  • What if it rains?
    All reservations are weather permitting. In the event of rain, we will do all we can to accommodate a dry picnic by either moving to a covered area or by rescheduling to another date and time. We define a “rain event” as more likely than not within 30 minutes of the start and end of the event. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to weather if there is over a 30% chance of rain. A full credit is available should you decide to reschedule.
